INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHOR

The following type of articles are considered for publication :

(a) Original papers of basic and applied research

(b) Contributions on advances in technology

(c) Short communications

(d) Critical reviews and surveys

Manuscripts should be prepared in double line spacing, on one side of the paper (if submitted in hardcopy version) in English and the pages should be numbered sequentially. Three copies  of the manuscript are required.

The first page should contain (i) Title of the paper ; (ii) Authors names and the address at which the work was carried out; (iii) a footnote in case of changes in address; (iv) name and address of the corresponding author with telephone and fax numbers, and email address.

Page 2 should have the title of the article and an abstract not exceeding 75 words, followed by 3-5 keywords. The main text with suitable headings and subheadings should begin immediately after the keywords.

Bibliography references, or references and notes, should be numbered serially in square brackets in the text. Notes and references should follow the main text and should confirm to the following format:

1. G.R. Sharma and P.R. Jain, Two dimensional effects in free electron laser, Phys. Rev. A, 50,943-954(1988).

2. C.Giacovazzo, Symmetry in crystals, fundamentals of crystallography, pp.1-60, Oxford University Press (1992).

3. Chen, Yuen Ren, Superconductivity at high temperatures, Lawrence Erlbaum, (1996)

Tables, figures and captions should be numbered and provided on separate pages at the end of the manuscript. Mathematical symbols should be identified with a pencil mark on the margin. Proofs send to the authors should be returned within three days.

Authors are encouraged to submit electronic version of the manuscript . An MS WORD or LATEX version of the manuscript with figures in TIFF ,EPS or PDF format is acceptable.
