Indian IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed an agreement of Co-operation with SATI (Engineering College) under its SANGAM program on 17th June, 2011. The MoU is signed by Mr. Laxmikant Agrawal TCS CEO Office, and Dr. R.C. Jain, Director of the institute, in gracious presence of Er. P.B. Sharma, Chairman Managing Committee, Dr. Padam Jain, Mr. R.M. Sinha,  Members Managing Committee, and Faculty of the institute. 

With signing of MoU, SATI (Engg.) has become a partner institute of TCS. The agreement aims at overall academic improvement at campus. TCS will encourage and assist in various academic activities like Student Training Programs (STPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Awarding Best scholars and projects, internships (field training) etc. The STPs and FDPs will be conducted by subject experts from TCS. 

The agreement will immensely benefit the students at campus. It will enhancement the knowledge and understanding about the current areas and practices adopted in industry. Students with good academic record and exposure gained in STPs will boost the chances for placement in IT companies.
